my kit basically consists of a yamaha pacifica 612v and marshall MG250DFX which runs into a cute little tube amp i have, then to an audiofire 2, then finally into the back of my PC. I use a delicious M-audio luna condencer microphone for all my vocals… pretty crisp: a good purchase.
The specs of my PC are as follows: Phenom II 965 (fairly overclocked), 8gb DDR3 ram, firewire audiofire audio interface, geforce 8800, SSD drive for my system disc and a heavy duty SATA 500gb jobby for storing my audio. (i have no need for terrabytes of storage because dispite being male, single and in my 20s i dont have a vast collection of HD porn.)
software-wise i use cakewalk sonar 8 and audacity for basically everything!
I also have a djembe, bongos, a kazoo, a melodica, an acoustic guitar, a swanee whistle… in fact a hell of a lot of random instruments some of which are fairly obscure. The coolest one would have to be my shakey-egg!
one final thing: i use an aluminium guitar pick for that nose hair hurtingly cutting tone that i love so dearly!
